Ray got out of jail on $2000. property bail Dean Winters signed.
We got up at 6: A.M & got ready & ate & left Jackie with mother & went to Provo for Rays hearing at District Court, at 9:30. Ray said he was guilty & judge gavehim 3 probation officers 3 weeks to investigate then he has to appear May 8 for sentencing. all the others were getting out on probation for first offence. They took Ray back to jail & we went with Dean & he signed a $2000. property bail to get Ray out then he went to jail & got him & we went on out to American Fork to Donnas & waited. When they came Ray had shower & cleaned up & Dean & Donna took us to Provo & bought our dinner at a real nice chinese resturant had a good chinese dinner. They took us back to their place & we got our car & went back to Provo & left note for Kay & went & saw Probation Officer & got permission to take Ray home until his trial May 8th. Then we went up to school to book store & Ivard went in & talked to Kay then we went to Grantsville, got there at 6:20 & stayed all nite. visited.
