Jackie gave 2½ min talk

hazy & hotter. Jerry_ Ray_Dean & Dale went to Priesthood & then Jerry came home & soaked his infected wart & went to work at D. q. 11: to 5: Dale went up & cleaned yard

I read paper & helped Jackie with her 2½ min talk & took her to sunday school at 10:20. I worked on puzzle & washed batch of cloths & cooked dinner. We ate at 1:30 after Kids came home, they rode to D.q with Nancy then brought car home. Jackie stayed & Nancy brought her down. Dale rode bike up & put Conesout & candy for them

got books up & had bath

Ray went to work at D. q. 3: to 10:30, Dean took him up.

Nancy Came & took Jerry to church & Fire Side in Melba, starting M_Men Gleaner week

Me_Dean-Dale & Jackie went to church & Dean went to fireside after. We came home & Dale changed his cloths & we took him up to Gails to go on route in morning. Sis & I sat at D.q until 10:30 for Ray then he went with Phill.

warm & nice day.

Jerry didn't work at Safeway today so him & Kids messed around went up to Lyles ect. He bought hamberger fries & sundee's for supper.

Ray worked at D.q. 9:30 to 6: & Lyle brought him home & Gail brought Dale home then they took Sis & Dean & went up to park. I was too tired so I stayed home alone and washed my hair & watched T.V. I iorned nearly all day & still have a basket full. Kids got home about 10: & went to bed. Ray & I watched T.V until it went off the air, about time, Jerry got home from D.q at 1:00, worked 6: to close & Barbra, he took her home Lyle ahd dayo ff too. Gail & Dale did eating places then went to Boise to Parks

Ivard was home hr.

last day school _ all promoted

cloudy but warm

Jerry went to work & at 8:30 I took Dean & Jackie to school, last day, Dale went on bus.

Jackie was late getting home about noon. They all passed. Dean was picked as one of 5 outstanding Students at Central & got lifetime pass, was one of 3 that was one A Honor roll every time

I took Ray to work at D.q. 11:45 to 6: & 8: to 10:30. went to bank

We never did catch up with Dale, stayed all nite at Gails & went on route then to school & got report card, then back with Gail & stayed all nite to go on route in morning

At 2:30 Jackie & I took Dean out to Hurrens to Piano lesson, couldn't find Dale, Mrs Hurren wasn't home Wed. I washed & iorned

We ate & Jerry went To work at D.q. 6: to close. Ivard called at 9: on his way through from Huntington so I went & got him for hr. & he ate & cleaned up- Took him back at 10:30.

Cloudy_ sunny, cool 61° at noon

Kids didn't have to go to school today. We got up late & Dean cleaned up & I washed some cloths. Took Ray to work at D.q at 11:45 & Dean, Jackie & I went to Caldwell & put some money in Dales & my Savings then went out to Simplots & got my last check then went to Safeways & got $24. worth of groc & came home & put them away then went up to D.q. & had our lunch. came home & worked on books & Dean took Sis to Primary. Jerry Picked her up on his way home from work.

Gail droped Dale off & he went & cleaned D.q yard then rode bike up to Gails To go on route in morning. Ray came home at 6: & they went & bought Nancy a graduation present then Jerry went To graduation & Ray had to go back to work 8: To 10:30

Ivard came home for day

stormy bad dust storm at 3: then it really rained hard all evening.

Jerry went to work & I took Jackie & Dean to school.  I was so tired from working & recital I just took it easy today. Ivard got home about 9: for day, now hes on brakeman extra board he brought car home & went back tonite on train. I took him up at 8:

Relief Society teachers came this afternoon.

Ray worked 11:45 to 6:

Ivard & I went & met Sis at school & took her & Patty to Library then took Patty home. fixed supper & We ate after we went & got Ray.

Jerry & Dean went home Teaching. Gail & family came awhile & took Dale home to work Tomorrow. Went to bed early.

Jackies dance recital

Ivard called to say he was on brakeman extra board in Glenns Ferry.

Jerrys day off he took Kids to school & him & Ray went up town. Ray went to work at D.q. 10:45 to 6:

I washed some cloths & finished Jackies costumes & made her pop corn hat.

Jerry went & got fish & chips for our lunch.

We ate supper & Dean did dishes & Jackie bathed & we got her ready for dance recital & at 7:30 Jerry-Ray, Dean Dale & I took her to recital. It was real good & she did her 2 dances very good & her Tumbling.  Debbie, Jeff & Kriss were good Too Lyle & family came & Gail. On way home Jerry stoped & bought us all a drink & Ray stayed & helped awhile. I brought Kids home to bed then went & got him.

got letter from Gene

sunny but cooler. I took Jerry to work & Dean & Jackie to school then took car up & had greese job & oil change & filter came home & sewed few min then took Ray up town & to work. then at 1:30 Ray called & said he was sick so I went after him & he bought my lunch, lost another hr. sewed until time to get Sis at 3: then got ready & went to dance dress rehersal at Central. didn't have her popcorn costume finished or her hat & they had their picture taken too. had to dash home for her jewlery at last min. they did real good got home at 7: & Jackie & I went to D.q & had supper. Nancy came & took Jerry to M Men Gleaners I've about had it, came sick last nite on top of everything else.

Sent Genes money to Salt Lake

Jerry took Dean & Dale to Priesthood & came home after & I took him to work, open up, D.q. 10: to 5: I took Jackie to sunday school & came home & took Ray to work at D. q. 11: to 5: I sewed on dance costumes all day but I still have a lot to do.

Dean cooked supper at 5: & we ate after I went & got Jerry & Ray.  At 6:45 Jerry_ Ray, Dean Dale & Jackie went to church ½ hr early, tonite for bacalaret, Jerry & Ray went & Dean brought car home & me & Kids drove up & put Genes money on train for Salt Lake.  came home & sewed then Ray & I watched show. Jerry went to bed.

pkg. line went down for summer

cooler today.  I came home from work at 9:, Wilma took me out to show me her new house. Dean had most of work done. Ray went to work at D.q. all day & Dale was up helping Gail.

I sewed until 11: then took Jackie up to Superior Western & had Andree cut her hair & Dean went & went to store for me & I sat crocheted.  Came home & at 12:45 Dean went to Ontario Oregon with Jorgensens to Valley Forge meeting, got home at 6:30.

I went to store & got groc. & brought Jerry home from work & we ate & he went to work at D.q. 6:30 to close & I brought Ray home. I sewed all afternoon & I was dead. I went to bed at 7: & Ray got Dean to drive him & Dale & Jackie up to Elmores

Ivard went back to G.F.

nice but colder. I came home from work & cut out all of Jackies 2 dane costumes and got her Harlem tights sewed up I went to bed at 3:30 & was so tired I couldn't go to sleep until 6:30.

They got there own supper

Ray worked at D. q. today & tonite.

Ivard went to G. Ferry about 8:30. I didn't wake up until time to go to work. I sure was tired.

Jerry, Ray & Dean went to Tupper Ware party at Evelyn Elmores, Jerry was mystry hostess.

Simplots went down

We finished up & it was 12:20 when we got through & it was 1: when I got hom Ivard took me up to D.q. & Ray gave us a hamberger & drink, came home & I went to bed at 1:30 P.M & got up at 5:30. Ivard went to school & got Sis & took her to Primary & went & got her.

We have to go to work tonite, pkg. line.

Ray bought me a new jersey dress.

Jerry went to bought supper & fixed after he came from work.

I went back to work bed at 7:00 & went to work at 11:, pkg line has to go couple of nites.

got Dodge from garage $51., new muffler, door handle, tail pipe-brakes fixed

Ivard got home from Glenns Ferry

hot, 88° I came home from work & Ivard had just got home from Glenns F. for his 2 days off. I read paper while he ate & we went to bed. I got up at 1:30 & washed 4 batches of cloths then took Ivard up to Safeway & got Dodge & took it to Dobbs to have it fixed up. stoped at school for Sis but she had her bike. Came home & cut out the lineing for her costume & sewed it up, fitted it & her hat.

Dean fixed supper & Ivard went & got Jerry & we ate & he took Dean & Dale to Piano lesson at 6: & out to Kuna to collect some money from straw up sold

Ray worked at D.q. 11:45 to 6:30 then 7:30 to 10:30 He was made new nite manager Plus 6 days week I went to work at 11:

Jerry got home from Salt Lake

Cloudy & cooler this morning got up & took Sis to school & got books up & read paper

Hot as blazes all day

took Ray up to get hair cut & crocheted while I waited then came home & he had bath & I took him to work at D.q., 1:45 to 10:30 then he went again met Jerry at 11: with Evelyn

I came home & washed my hair, made few phone calls & crocheted then had bath & picked Sis up at school & came home & went to last dance lesson of season. stoped at D.q. after & had supper. Came home & Dean had hot cakes ready. I went to bed at 6: & Dean & Dale went to Mutual. Jackie watched T.V. awhile.

Jerry went to Salt L

Cooler. I just laid around most of day my legs have gone down a little I could hardly make myself get around. laid on bed & read most of day. fixed Ray breakfast & he went to work 11:45 to 6:. Lyle quit Romph Motor today, got job as appliance salesman at Wards. He came & got car started & took Ray to work & got some gas. I washed 2 batches of cloths & took Rays check To bank for him & got Jackie at 3:, crocheted a little. Dean fixed supper while I went & got Jerry from work & we ate then Jerry, Ray & Kids went up to Evelyn Elmores about Tupper ware then brought car home & she took them all up to see Jerry off for Salt Lake Ray went to work 9: to 11: Jackie & I went to store. laid off

60° when we came home but cool breeze.

Kids were all in bed and I went right to bed & read paper I slept until 1:30 & got up & had drink & went right back to sleep. got up at 4: & got books up. & wrote mother

No gas so Kids didn't go to Priesthood only Dale, he rode with Lyle when he came a min.

Jerry opened up D.q. 10: to 5: Ray wasn't going to work then had to go for Nancy so he went bike rideing & made a big batch of icecream

Lyle came & took all Kids to Church & they came home with Nancy. I watched "Bonanza" & went to bed. I got up to go to work & couldn't get my shoes on my feet were swelled so bad. laid off.

Saturday, May 16, 1964

hot & sultry, got up to 93° at 8: tonite had wind storm & it cooled off.

I came home from work & changed my bed, pad & all, & the 3 boys beds & washed 3 more batches of cloths. Dean made bed & cleaned house.

Car was out of gas & Jerry called taxi, walked home at noon & didn't have to go back until 2: then he got off at 7: walked both times.

Ray worked at D.q. 10:30 to 6: & from 8: to 10:30

Dale went & worked with Gail all day & came home when they got to "Red Steer" then went & cleaned D.q. yard.

I went to bed again at 6: but couldn't go to sleep, too hot.  had to work, until we go down for summer

Friday, May 15, 1964

Ivard went back to Twin Falls Glenns F.

Lyle got home from Calif.

I came home from work & went right to bed then Ray woke me up at 10:30 when he went to work so I got up & figured out the bills.

Ivard took Ray to Caldwell to see Probation officers, had to be there at 9: A.M.

At noon Ivard & I went to bank & Paid bills then to D.q & Had drink. Came home at 4:, I was dead, havn't had any sleep all week. I went to bed & Ivard took Lyles Kids home after school, they got back from Calif., didn't get back in air force. I never woke up until 10: didn't even know when Ivard left for Twin Falls Glenns Ferry at 9:, for week Jerry came home & him & Ray worked at D.q. until 11: got home when I was going to work.

I sent Gene first letter

52° Hazy when I came home.  Sunny & hot all day. Ivard & Ray were in bed when I got home & I went right to bed woke up at 1:30 & read paper & Ivard & I went & had drink at D.q. & took Gails lawn mower home, Ivard took ours to be fixed & borrowed theirs & did lawn. Picked Stanley & Terry up at school & came home & they helped Ivard rake up yard. I fixed supper & worked on books. We ate & Ivard & Kids went up to Lyles to feed fish.

Jerry came home after we ate & ate & at 6: him & Dean went home Teaching then him & Dean & Dale went to Lakeview Park to Aronic Priesthood Party.

I went to bed until time to go to work. Ray worked at D.q.

Ivard came from Glenns F. for 2 days got mother day card from Gene off.

59° & real cloudy when we came home.

I came home & went right to bed I was so tired 8:45.  Ivard got home from Glenns Ferry right after for his 2 days off. He went to bed. I woke up at noon & Ray had gone to work at D.q. Ivard came to bed with me & rubbed my back. We got up at 2: & went up to D.q & had a drink then I went & got material for one of Jackies dance costumes & we picked her up & went to Caldwell & got material for her other. $11. for 2. got groc. & came home & fixed supper & we ate & Jerry took Dean & Dale to piano lesson & Ivard & Kids went up to Lyles to feed fish & water flowers.

Ray came home awhile then had to go back to work.  I went to bed until time to go to work.

Lyle went to Calif.

61° when I came from work I read paper & went to bed at 9:30

Jerrys day off, him & Ray went up town & Jerry bought a bunch of flowers & planted.

Ray went to work 12: to 6: & from 8: to 10: Came home in between & ate & messed around

Phone rang 4 times & Lyle came & sold me his coin collection 68.87 actual for $71., so he could go to Calif, so I didn't get much sleep.  I got up at 3: & Sis & I went to dancing. Jerry fixed supper.  Stanley & Terry came after school to stay while Lyle & Barbra are in Calif seeing about getting back in air force.

Jerry took Kids to Mutual. I went to bed until time to go to work

Ivard went to Glenns Ferry work

nice day. I came home & read paper while Ivard took Sis to school then I went to bed.

Ray went to work at D.q 9:30 to 6:

Ivard woke me up at 10:30 to some me Income Tax refund (federal & tell me Lyle wanted to sell his coin collection so I got up & we went up & looked at them & had lunch. Went to bank & came home & went to bed again at 1: got up at 4:15 & cooked supper & we ate when Jerry came from work & at 6: Ivard left for Glenns Ferry to work.

I got books up & went to bed at 8: until time to go to work.

Jerry & Kids went selling candy bars & Ray watched T.V. Dale cleaned D.q. yard after school.

Ivard got bumped out of Nampa

I read paper in bed. Jerry_Ivard Ray_ Dean & Dale went to Priesthood Jerry came home after & went to work at D.q. 10: to 5:30. I had bath & Ivard came home & got Jackie & I & we went to Sunday S. & Mother Day programe. I got pink double Petuna plant.

Jerry & Kids gave me a huge potted yellow CHrysthum & Jerry gave me a huge orchid corsage Dale gave me a box Whitemans chocolates Jackie gave me stationary & Dean gave me a fancy pink flowered Paper Mate Pen & filler. Gail gave me a picture of Kids & Lyle gave me a pretty wall thermonnoter came home from church & ate & all went up to Gails awhile, then Ivard & I rode down to R.R. got cut off came home & Lyle & family came awhile. Ivard & all Kids went to Church & I went to bed until time to go to work.

got up at 9:30 & Jerry had gone to work. Dale had stayed all nite at Gails & worked on milk route today.

I took Ray to work at D.q. 9:30 to 6:

I got books up & washed cloths & patched.

The florist delivered a huge yellow mum from Kids for mothers day, Jerry, Dean, Dale & Sis.

Ivard & I took garbage out & had sundee at D.q. we ate when Jerry came & I took him to work at D.q. 6: to close.

Gail brought Dale home at 9:30, they had just come from hospital, Kristine is in there broke her leg rideing on bike with Dale & got her foot caught in spoke. took Dale up to D.q. to clean yard & Ray went with us, bought me hamberger & drink.  Came home at 10:30 & went to bed. Ivard didn't work again today.

Ray got put on probation for 18 months came home from Utah

cloudy & cold. rained some We got up at 7: & had breakfast & headed for Provo. Had to have Ray in court at 9: They put him on probation for 18 months & transfered it to Idaho so we could bring him home. If he doesn't do one thing to violate it at the end of 18 months he can go back to court & have it erased from his record. If he does violate they can sentence him from 1 to 20 yrs in Pen. We got to Kays just as he was leaving for work so took him up & talked a few min then went to Salt Lake & got school cafeteria & Ray bought our lunch. came to Salt Lake & got a plant & gown & card for Mother for mothers day then went out to Skin Haackee's & had him adjust carbarator went back in to hospital from 3: to 4:. Then stoped at Irvins a min & Skin Haackees again & at 5:30 we left for home. stoped in Brigham City & had supper at Stan Parkings & visited until 8: & left for home. Ivard drove all the way got here at 2: A.M.

42° when we came from work. I packed a bag & washed a batch of cloths, washed my hair & had a bath & at 10:30 Ivard & I & Ray left for Utah, stoped at D.q then went to Caldwell & drew $50. out of my Savings & at 11: We were going. We got down to Ruth & Rays at 5:30 & it was cold & cloudy, started storming at Tremonton.  It really rained tonite & all nite. We had supper & Ivard & I, Ray & Ruth & Ray went to Salt Lake to L.DS hospital & saw Mother. shes getting along fine from her operation but had a temp. her lungs aren't cleared up yet, so they won't let her go home. We really got drenched. Came back to Ruths & had desert & visited. Went to bed at 11:

Dale went to Boise on field trip with his class at School

42° when we came from work sunny but hard cold wind.  Passed Ivard takeing Jackie To school, he came home & went back to bed, after all night.

I read paper & ate & went to bed at 9:, I woke up at 2:15 & got up & washed 3 batches of cloths & fixed supper.

Ray worked at D.q from 9:30 to 6: today, for Edith.

When Dale got home he went & cleaned D.q yard. We ate when Jerry got home & at 5:30 he took Dean & Dale to Piano lesson & went to meeting at 7:

Ivard did dishes & at 6: I went to bed.

Ivard & Kids went up to Lyles to give Terry $1. for his birthday.

I came home from work & went right to bed at 8:30. Ivard & Ray were in bed & Jerry. Jerrys day off.

Kids woke me up at 12:30 & I never could get back to sleep.

Ivard went & got Sis from school & we went to dancing.

Ray went on milk route with Gail this afternoon & worked D.q 6: to close

Jerry fixed supper- roast ham, fruit jello, pork & beans mixed veg. beets hot rolls quinch, & strawberry shortcake

I went to bed at 6:30 until time to go to work. Ivard didn't work Today.

I came home from work & ate & read paper. got Ray up & he went to Boise with Evelyn Elmore then went to work at D.q. 2: to 6: for Mr. Johnson & 6: to close for Jerry.

Ivard had gone to work at 8: A.M.

I went to bed at 9:15 & got up at :30 & worked on my coin collection.

Ivard came home & finished planting strawberries.  Dale cleaned D.q. yard after school & went selling candy bars for Dean. Dean did up dishes & Practiced piano & helped me fix supper & we ate when Jerry came at 5:30. He took them selling candy awhile then went to M_ Men Gleaners

It was 2: A.M when we got home from Lyles & I didn't even hear Jerry, Dean & Dale go to Priesthood sunday school & Fast Meeting. I woke up at 9:30 & read paper in bed. got Ray up at 10: & Ivard took him up to D.q. to work 10: To 3:30 washed 3 batches of cloths

Gail, Lynda & Kids came at noon & brought Jackie home & stayed until 2: then took her again.

Jerry & Kids never came until 3:30 then we ate. I went to bed at 5: until time to go to work.

Ivard went up & got Sis.

Ivard didn't work today.

Jerry went up to D.q. at 9:30 & brought us all a drink him & Dean wrote letters I went to work at 11:

cold & stormy - snowed a little, snowed 4 in. in Boise. we changed all 5 beds & I washed cloths & iorned all day. Dean cleaned house.

Ivard went to work at 8: & took Jerry on his way then he came home for lunch.  I took Sis up to Gails but Lynda was just going to work so we came home again

Lyle brought Dale home at noon & he went up to D.q. & met Gail & finished milk route.

Ray went to work at D.q. 11:30 to 6:

43° when we came home black & cold wind, rainy

I was sick, when I came from work I read paper & went right to bed all day.

Ray worked at D.q. all day

Ivard had to go to work at 3: so I took him then got Sis from school & when Dean got home I took him to Barber & washed his hair & when Jerry came we ate.

Jerry went to wedding reception & Ray went up to show and walked home.

At 8: Dale & I took Dean up to Central to dance, he had to crown queen, then we went to D.q & had sundee.  I went to bed until Ivard called at 10:30 then I went & got him & we went to D.q & had drink then up to Central & got Dean & Mike, went to show but Dean couldnt see Ray so we came home.
