Ivard came from G. F & went back

Lyle was here.

Sunny but cooler

We got up late & I cooked breakfast, bacon, omlet, & toast & Ivard got home from G. F to eat with us. changed jobs & has to go back again to work tonite, double time.

Ray didn't have to work today him & Kids took Jerry to work at 10: to 6: & came home & Dean did dishes & at noon Ray took him to D.q to take truck out

Lyle & family came at 10: & we played penochle & at noon they went over to Cliffords to dinner & Ivard went to bed & Ray made cookies & I Painted. Lyle came back at 2: & we played Penochle again, Ray took off at 3: to M. M Gleanes & got home at 10:30

Lyle left at 5: & I got supper & we ate. Jerry went with Rodney after work & never got home until 12:30. At 7:30 we went up & got gas & Picked Dean up & Ivard laid down until 9:30 & left for G. F.

Ivard came home for day

Ray gave 2 1/2 min talk

Sunny but cool. I don't feel good, I stayed in bed late & read paper & worked puzzle. Ivard came up with some guy for day & came to bed.

Jerry, Ray, Dean & Dale went to priesthood & S.S. & came home & took Jackie. Ray gave 2 1/2 min talk.

I got up & fixed lunch & we ate when Kids got home

Nancy Blades brought Jackie home & she changed cloths & went with her all day.

We went over to Gails & visited this afternoon. Lynda came home from hospital today. Lyle & family came they stayed to Gails all nite We came home & got ready & Nancy & Jackie came & took all the Kids to church. Ivard & I went in & I went to church & Ivard walked up & went to G.F. on train. Ray went with Weaver & Jerry with Rodney after. I watched T.V.

I got up & fixed Rays lunch & Dean took him to work & cleaned up. Jerry planted flowers & walked to work 10:30  to 6:

I washed cloths & took Dean & Jackie to D.q to take truck out at 11:30 & went & bought $26. worth groc. came home & Irene Johnson was here with my Tri-chem Kit - signed up as dealer. I pained all afternoon.

Ray got home at 4: they went him & Gail went & got Jerry at 6: & we ate & Gail & Ray went to hospital to see Lynda. I went & got Dean & Jackie at 7:30. at 10: Jerry & & Dean went up to D.q. & got a drink

Ivard came home for day

sold his first 2 sets of World book last day of school

hot & cloudy this evening

Kids went to school & got their report cards, last day.

I made Rays lunch & Jerry took him to work. Jerry went & got a bunch more flowers & planted all day.

I washed cloths & finished iorning.

Ivard came home, pay day, early. We went up town & Pd bills & got few groc. & Jerry got flowers. Took Dean & Jackie on our way at 11:30 to take D.q. truck out. We ate & took Jerry to work at D.q. 5:30 to close & brought Dean & Jackie home & they ate & Dean went to dance practice until 8: Ray came home at 5:, went to show with Rodney. Dale went collecting & to Hoaggs & cleaned D.q went to show with Hoaggs. Ivard left at 8:, took off like a bat out of Hell, mad, cause I said he didn't need any money until Tuesday.

Dean scrubbed & waxed & watered lawn & at 11:30 took him & Jackie up to D.Q. & they started takeing truck out today. Dale went back to bed when he came from Paper route & never got up until 11:30 & we ate lunch & he did dish, cleaned front room & sidewalks & watered & at 2: he went to Hoaggs.

Ray came home at 5:30 & we went & got Jerry, Dean & Jackie & we came home & ate & Jerry took Ray back out to work at 7: & Dale went collecting & cleaned D.q yard

I made Rays lunch & took him to work. I washed some cloths & iorned Jerry 8 shirts

Ivard rode up for day with some guy. We took Jerry to work at 11:30 to 6: & we played Scrabble, Gail & Kids came for 2 or 3 hrs. Lynda is in hospital, don't know whats wrong, her back hurts awful. They left at 1:45 & Ivard went to bed & I went & signed up for unemployment & picked Jackie up at school & we went to D.Q. & waited at school & got Dean. Came home fixed supper & Ray came & we ate & we took Ray back out to work & got Jerry & came home & I took Ivard out by Kuna to ride back to G.F. We watched early movie & went to bed.

Donna Winters called from Utah

cool breeze this morning but nice  day. I fixed Rays lunch & Jerry took him to work & Dean to school then we went out to Ethel Hays & got flowers & took to church & card tables & Jerry went to Nampa floral & borrowed an artifical Palm for me. I was in chg. of decorations for closing social, had Irene Johnson help me. looked real nice.

Jerry went to work at D.Q. & after R.S. I went up town with Irene & she took me to D.q & at 1:30 when Jerry got off we went & took Palm back & came home

Ivard was asleep when I left this AM & gone selling books with Gail when I got home they came at 4: & Jeff called & said Lynda was sick so Gail dashed home & took her to hospital. I fixed supper & we ate & Jerry took Dean & Dale up town & left them to Mutual & went to work at D.q. late.

Ivard & I went up & got gas & at 8: Ivard left for Glenns F. got to float tonite

Donna called & wants a Northwest Beaver Breaders ass. meeting here Sat. about 45 people. Ray worked late I went to bed early.

I signed up to be tri chem dealer

I got up at 5: AM & took Dale on Paper route & cooked breakfast & made Rays lunch. Kids ate & Jerry took Ray to work & Dean & Jackie to school.

Jerry & I went & got a bank draft & sent Gene & I left Jerry at D.q. at 10:30 & he read until he had to go to work at 11:30. I sent streight out to Johnsons to a tri-chem managers meeting & I signed up to be a dealer. I left at 2: & went to Dr. gained 1 1/2 lbs he said it was water, hadn't had my pills this week. I came home at 2:45 & Ivard got home right after, got bumped & has Mon. & Tues. off now, had been selling books on way. I cooked supper & Dean went & got Jerry at 6: & we ate. Ray came home & ate & went back to work until 10:. Ivard & I rode over to Don Carrolls & borrowed card table for relief S. Party. Jerry went to Boise with Rodney.

rained all morning hard & most of nite & on & off all afternoon. Jerry got up & took Dale on paper route.

Jerry - Ray - Dean & Dale went to Priesthood & I made meet loaf, Jello & pickled bets for dinner & got ready & Jerry came & took Jackie & I to S.S. Dean gave real good 2 1/2 min. talk, I didn't even know he had to, he also played Organ for closing song - just perfect. Came home & finished dinner & we ate & Dean went to Stake H. to meeting & Jerry & Ray & Dale had nap. I started a letter to Gene. I took Jerry & Ray to work at D.q 5: to 12:30 AM

Me & Kids went to church at 6: on account of Baccalarete. stoped at D.q. & got milk. I watched T.V. & went after Kids at 12:45.

Ivard got up & took Dale on Paper route & came back to bed. Dean got up & scrubbed & waxed Kitchen & dineing room.

I made Rays lunch & he went to work in Dodge. We got up at 11: & Ivard watched ball game & I got books & Jerry & Dean went to town. When they came home we ate breakfast & dinner combined.

Ivard & I played Scrabble Ray came home early & they all took Jerry to work at 6: & Ivard got gas. Ray got some fancy towels & bath mat & put up shower curtain. Ray went with Rodney & they got Jerry at 8: & he came & got ready & they went to Boise to dance. Ivard went to Stake H. to Party with Dean & Dale came home at 10: & he left for Glenns F. I watched T.V.

Jackie went to Forsgrens for nite.

cloudy & cooler. Kids went to school & Ray took Dodge & went to work. Jerry & I painted all morning, I finished my daisy pillow cases. Jerry went to work at 11:30 to 3:, up town after. Ivard watered all day & we played 3 games of Scrabble.

I was all afternoon washing changed Dean & Jackies beds & after school Dean cleaned his room good & changed every thing around. Jerry bought hamberger & all the fixings home & I made hambergers & we ate when Kids came at 4: We took Jerry to work 5:30 to close & Ivard went after him. I washed Ray Dean & Ivard's hair & Ivard did dishes at 7:30 Ivard & I & Dale took Dean to H.S to play & took Jackie to Forsgrens to stay all nite & we went to Gails until 10: then got Dean at D.q. Ray stayed home & watched T.V.

I put up Rays lunch & Jerry took him to work then took Dean & Jackie to school, missed bus. I painted all morning. Ivard got home at 9:30 Jerry worked 10: to 6: today I took him. Ivard brought asparagus & I fixed it, enough for 2 meals, & cooked a roast. We played 1 game of Scrabble & Ivard went to bed all day.

I went out to Miners to Relief S meeting, about decorations for closeing social & came home & washed & Put cloths away & had supper ready when Kids came from work & Jackie from Primary. We went & got Jerry. Jerry & Ray took Dean to Stake house to dance practice & went goofing off. Ivard played ball with neighbors & games with Kids & I went to bed early.

Dean was in bad wreck & didn't even get hurt, on way to Seminary.

I got up when Dale got home from Paper route & fixed Rays lunch & took Ray to work. Then Jerry & I painted until time for him to go to at 11:30. I took him then went on out to Johnsons all day Painting meeting but I left at 2:30 & went to town & signed up for unemployment & waited for Jackie & we went to D.q. & sat until 3:30 then we Picked Dean up & we came home & I fixed supper & washed & Dean watered lawn. Jerry rode home with Edith tonite. We ate & Dean & Dale went to Piano L. found out tonite Dean was in bad wreck on way to Seminar - never got there - car was totaled. Cops said they should have both been dead & neither were hurt.

Kids went to school. I got up when Dale got home from paper route & made Rays lunch & took him to work. I had bath & Jerry took me to Relief Society & he went & had hair cut & went to work at 11:30 to 1:30. after R.S. I rode to D.q with Irene Johnson & she bought my lunch then we went up town & came back & sat in car & talked until Jerry got off & we came home & I washed cloths & took tuck in Jackies slip. Jerry planted flowers

Dale went home after school to Hoaggs & Scouts went to Park. We ate supper & Dean took Jerry to work 6: to close then at 6:45 we took Dean to church to Practice organ & Jackie & I went to dance recital. Dean came after Mutual was real good & so was Jackie. we stopped at D.q after & Dean worked half hr.

Sunny but cold wind. froze

Dale forgot to get up & so I took him on paper rout at 6: AM. Came home & washed a batch of cloths & iorned Dale some pants & Ray some 5 pieces. Kids went to school & I read paper & made Jello for supper then I got books up & wrote 5 business letters & payments & went to bank for Me & Jerry & got groc. & gas & came home at 11:30 & put groc. away & clothes  & ate lunch & got diary up & got Jackies Costumes all ready to go to dress rehersal.

I did a pile of patching & at 3: I went to Dr. lost 1 lb. in week. picked Dean up at school & came home & ate & Jackie & I went to dress rehersal Kids were already out on floor for 1st number, we really had to hurry & change. Went off pretty good, had their pictures taken. We got home at 9: & Dale still hadn't got home from collecting, Got here at 9:30. I watched T.V. until 10:30 & went to bed.

I got up & took Dale on paper route & came home & went back to bed & didn't wake up until 10: when Ivard came home, got ride up. I got up & he went to bed. I made jello & fixed dinner. Dean & Dale went to Priesthood & Dean came home & took Jackie to S.S. Ivard got up & we ate when they got home & he went back to bed until 4: & got up & watered lawn & we played 3 games Scrabble. Dean took Dale over to Hoagg to get his bike & he stayed all afternoon. Dean came home & did dishes & studyed & I listened to records & laid & napped most of afternoon.

My leg hurts & I feel for onery.

At 7:15 Me - Jackie, Dean & Dale went to church & Ivard rode up with us & walked up to depot & went back to Glenns ferry on 8:15 train to work at midnite. We came home at 9: & went right to bed.

Dale went to Hoaggs all afternoon & went to Country Club to play golf with Mr. they brought him home at dark.

Ivard spaded a flower bed & I helped Dean plant flowers this afternoon.

We went up town & Pd on drapes & Dale bought 2 birch trees & Ivard came home & planted them this morning & I fixed lunch & we ate.

Gail came at 4:30 & him & Ivard went out selling books. I finished Jackies dance costumes & got Supper & we ate at 8: when Ivard got back. Gail ate with us. Ivard left for G F about 8:45. I watched T.V until went off air 1: AM

Jerry called, had car trouble.

hard wind. Jackie played sick & stayed home today, to be with Ivard I think. Ivard spent most of day watering lawn & planting Jerrys flowers he bought, made a bed of Petuna under front room window & I had to go get him some more plants

I washed cloths & we went & got check & pd place & came home & Jackie & I went to Caldwell & drew out all my dime Savings account to pay bills & went out & Pd my Simplot Ins.

Jerry called at 1: just got to Salt Lake had car trouble, left at 10:30 last nite. 14 hrs.

I finished worked on Jackies costumes all afternoon

Got Desoto this morning when we went after check. Dale went to Show with Hoaggs

Dean fixed supper & we ate & I took him to Stake house to dance Practice & went & Pd. R.R. Credit Union. Ivard went Selling books. We went & got Dean at 9: went to early.

I got up at 6: & started on Jackies costumes. Kids went to school & Jerry took Ray to work & went & got a bunch of roses & plants to plant. Ivard got home about 10: & we took Desoto to Dobbs to have breaks fixed then went to Gails. Jerry & I went up town & Jerry got some pants & 2 pr, shoes & pd bills got his income tax, back. I got Ivard some Pants & Dean shirts & some material for Jackies costumes. I took Jerry to work at D.q. 11:30 to 6: & went & got Ivard & we went to D.q. & had lunch & came home & Ivard planted & watered lawn. At 4: Ivard took Jackie to dance practice then we went after our car but couldn't get Part for muffler so we will get it tomorrow  Got Jerry & came home & him & Dean went Home teaching & Ray & Ivard planted roses. Ivard went selling books with Gail & I took Dean to Stake house to dance Practice. Jerry & Ray left for Utah at 10:30 with Rodney.

Jackie & I had hair cut & me trim

hot. I got up at 6: & watered lawn & made Rays lunch & started on Jackies dance costume too Ray to work. I washed couple of batches of cloths, one the sock batch. Took Jerry to work 10: to 6: & we had to take a dance costume out on Amity & Dales books to school on way Came home & made a jello cottage cheese salad & pickled beets for supper & sewed. at 1: I went up town & got rest of stuff for costumes & signed for unemployment, picked Jackie up at 3: & we went & had Andree cut our hair & I had tint waited at D.q from 5: till 6: & brought Jerry home & Dean had barbacue made & we ate & Jerry planted flowers & Dean & Dale went to Piano lesson on bikes, Ray went to Caldwell to se Paroll officers, Jackie did dishes & I sewed until 11: Kids were all in bed.

warm & nice. I got up & read paper & made Rays lunch & took him to work. came home & started to cut out Jackies dance costumes & at 9:45 I went to relief Society work day & had dinner. Jerry walked to work at 11:30 & I went home at 1:30 & picked him up & we came home & he watered lawn & planted flowers & fixed supper & I worked on costumes.

We ate at 5: I took Jerry & Dean & droped off at D.q. & Dale & Jackie & I went to dance practice. Jerry read until he went to work at 6: Dean met Kid there & went up to Park to school picnic. Dale went to Mutual Jackie & I came home & Sis did dishes & I sewed. Ray went to Boise with Rodney.

Dale went on Paper route & him & Dean went to school. Jackie missed bus & Jerry took her to school when he took Ray to work & went to store & I made hot cakes & fed Lyles family & Barbra did dishes & I cleaned up & washed cloths, 5 batches. Jerry went over to Bosworths & got bunch of Roses & watered lawn. Lyle left at 11: & Jerry rode up to work with them. I watered lawn tended wash & worked on Jackies costumes. made cake & curried beef & went to Yorgensons & borrowed a slip for Jackie for recital & went to Dr. lost the 5 lbs I gained last week. went to store & picked Jerry up & came home & ate Jerry water lawn & planted flowers. Dale went collecting & cleaned D.q. yard. Jackie did dishes & Ray bathed & went with Nancy Blades. Jerry went with Rodney.

I called Mother - getting over flu

Lyle stayed all nite

real nice day.

Kids, Jerry & Dale went on paper route then they all woke me up & gave me an orchid coursage, a huge boquet of red & pink carnations, a new dress, & an electric can opener. Ray, Dean, & Dale went to Priesthood then Ray went to work at D.q 10: to 5: Dean jst came home for us when Ivard drove in so he hurried & got ready & He & I, Jerry, Jackie & Dean went to S. S. Mother day programe. real nice & wore new dress & coursage. Got a nice Plant. Came home & ate dinner got most of it ready before we went, baked ham Potatoe Salad, baked beans - punch. Ivard went to bed & Icrocheted. Jerry went to Boise with Roger, didn't work today. Ivard got up at 4:30 & watered. Gail & family came & gave me box Nylon hankys & tube hand cream. They left & we all went to church. I had to singwith Mothers. after we went to Gails awhile. Lyle & family was there & came home & stayed with us all nite. They gave me blender cook book & Petunia. Ivard left for G. F at 9:50.

Nice day - about all I did was chase today. I got up & took Ivard up to Gails at 7:30 & he went to Boise to wonder Book meeting all day with them. dashed home & took Ray to work & came back & at 10: Dean & I & Jackie took Jerry to work at 10: to 6: & took Dean up town on school ad business came home & cleaned & scrubbed & waxed both bathrooms good & washed cloths & crocheted Dean did rest of work & watered lawn. Ivard called at 5: so Dean & I went up town & got him & him & Dean went mother day shopping then we took Dean over to Stake house to dance Practice We just got home when Dale called & we had to go to church house & get him. We got Jerry on way home from takeing Dean, after we ate.

Jerry & Ray went with Rodney & at 8: Jackie & I took Ivard to catch train. Dale was so tired he bathed & went to bed. I watched T.V. florist delivered coursage & big bouquet for my mother day

I got up & made Rays lunch & took Ray to work & came home & took Jackie & Debbie to school & Dale, was so late getting home from paper route he missed bus. came home & washed some cloths & got Kids ready & we took Jerry to work at D.q at 11:30 then we went out to work & got Ray & brought him back to bank & he drew out his money & we took him up to Evelen Elmores to meet her Dad & he Pd. him $200. on the 383. he charged for doing yard. took Ray to D.q & he ate ehn we took him back to work & he showed Kids the animals. Came back to D.q. & Jerry brought him home at 1:40 & Ivard was home bathing, cought a freight up, got bumped & has tonite off. Jerry tended Kids & Ivard & I went & Piced Jackie & Debbie up from school & came home & ate & got Dale Packed & took him up to church at 5:30 to go on over nite Scout trip to Fort Boise. droped Jerry off at work at 5:30 to close. We all went to bed early. Dean had to go to work at D.q & Ray took him 9: to 11: Gaile came & got Kids at 10:30.

Gail & Linda brought Kids about 11: & left them white they went to Temple with her Dad & mother to be married. I took Jerry to work 11:30 to 6:

I fixed lunch & Ivard took them to bed for nap. him & angie are only ones that went to sleep.

Ivard tended Kids & I went & got Jackie & Debbie & Kristine went with Jackie & me to Primary to Mothers party, came home & fixed supper & we ate & Jerry & Ray took Dale collecting & Dean to dance practice & they went to hospital to see Judy. Ivard went back to G. F at 7:30 with Medley, went to bed early

Kids went to school. Dale was late getting home from Paper route, had flat tire. I made Rays lunch & Jerry took him out to work. I crocheted & Jerry painted. I took Jerry to work at 11:30 & came home & washed a batch of cloths & iorned Deans cloths then I went & signed up for unemployment & picked Jackie up & came home & iorned Jerrys things had to stop & go get Dean at 4: missed bus. I iorned 3 pieces & Dean did flat stuff while I fixed supper then I took Dale to get his bike tire fixed & got Jerry & we came home & ate & Dean & Dale went to Piano lesson & Jerry went to Boise to school with Rodney Jackie did dishes & she & I walked out to Hurrens & rode home with Dean Dale walked home when he was done. Ray went when we got home with car, to see Judy.

I went to relief Society & droped Jerry off up town & he walked nack to work at 11:30 till 1:30, after R.S. I went to D.q & Jerry gave me money to go get groc. then I came nack & got him & we came home & I washed cloths & got supper. We ate when Kids came at 4: & Ivard & I took Sis to dancing then went & bought 3 roses & came home. At 6: we took Jerry to work at D.q 6: to close & I went in dancing until 6:30 & Pd up for yr. We came home & I got Ivard ready & at 7:15 Ray - & Dean went to church & Jackie & I rode in with Ivard to get gas & he droped us off to church & he went back to G. F & floated on his day off. We saw a film on titheing. Dale went to Hoaggs after school & came home with us.

Ivard came home about 10: & had his check & I figured it out & Jerry, Ivard & I went up town & Paid bills & we droped Jerry off to work at 11: till 6: Came home & I went to bed awhile with Ivard then worked on books & made out payments to mail.

I went to Dr., gained 5 lbs. I picked Jerry up & we came home & ate & Ray took Dean & Jerry to their last type class on his way to Stake House to see Varity show. Kids got out early & called us to come & get them & we took them up to Stake House & they came home after with Ray. We went to Gails a few min. & came home & went to bed

I got up & took Dale on Paper route. Dean, Dale, Ray & Jerry went to Priesthood & Jerry went to work at D.q 10: to 5: Dean Rodney took him after priesthood & Dean came home & got me & Jackie & we went to S.S. & fast meeting. Ray left after S. S & came home & when we got home he had dinner all ready to sit down to cake, icecreame, spagetti, punch & 2 veg. & Jello & he had invited Gail for dinner. they were here. We ate & Dean did dishes. Dale stayed after church to collect fast offerings & brought Tim Hoagg home after. Ray & us went to church to Primary hour. Jerry left work at D.q. at 5: with Rodney & didn't come after Ray & he was mad. We came home & went to bed.

windy - cloudy - cold

I made Rays lunch & took him to work but he came home at noon. they got half day off for Pay day.

Jackie & Patty had May day lucnh out in willows. Jerry & Dean went up town & Dean had hair cut & left Jerry to work at D.q. 11: to 6: Dean & I did up work & Dean watered new lawn. Ray had bath & went up town this afternoon & bought lunch things.

Dean had to go to work at D.q. 6: to 12: so I took Patty Forsgrin home on way to take him & we brought Jerry home & he got ready & him & Ray went with Rodney. I watched T.V. & went after Dean at midnite. I iorned today awhile.
