Kay gave his report in Church had family dinner at Gails

I got up at 6: A.M. and put turkey in oven. Ivard came home & slept a little while
I fixed breakfast & we ate and Ivard Jerry, Kay and Gene & Dean went to Priesthood & sunday school. at 11:30 Claudia took Dale & Jackie & went to sunday school. I had to stay home & make dressing & cook turkey & wash some cloths.
Irvin called at 11: to tell us Julie had been killed yesterday afternoon in a freak accident out in back of their place by a pole off fence that their horse had pulled loose when some Kids scared them.
At 1:30 they came from church & changed & we took turkey & dressing & all went up to Gails & had a big dinner. We were all together but Ray. after we ate Kay & Claudia had to go meet with Stake President & give his report. We came home about 6: & got ready & went to church to Kays Home comeing. Ivard opened with prayer & Gene blessed Sacrament & Jerry closed Kay was speaker. Gail-Lyle-Stanley & Debbie came. Barbra & Lynda stayed home with Kids too tired & dirty after all day. Came home & Ivard went to bed until time to go to work in nite. Kay & Claudia drove to Boise awhile. I laid off for week to go to Utah
