Sunday, August 23, 1959
Gene did chores & he drove him & Ray to Priesthood & sunday school. Ivard was mad & stayed in bed. I cleaned up made potatoe salad & meat loaf baked beans & bottled 4 qts tomatoe juice. at 11: Gail, Lynda & Kids & Kay & Jackie came & Lyle & Barbra & Kids got here right after. Barbra brought cake & stuff & made sandwiches. I made punch & we ate on lawn & they played ball. Gail left at 2:30 so Lynda could go to work at 4: & Ivard went to work. Lyle left at 5: so they could pack to leave in morning we told them goodbye. Gene did chores & him & Ray went to church with Barlow. I got Kids to bed & played Salatair & watched T.V. Kids got home just before Ivard did.
