We went to Salt Lake

Gene went to Rexburg to school

Ivard started his weeks vacation

hot all day.

I went to bed at 2: A.M. & at 4: Ivard got me up again & he had car all loaded & I got ready & at 4:30 A.M. we left for Rexburg to take Gene to school.  We each had a turn at driveing.  We stoped at Arco at 10: & had breakfast.  We got to Rexburg at 11: & went right up to school and Gene went out on field with coach & I sat in car & crocheted.  At noon they came & we took Genes things up to dormitory then went down town & had dinner.  We took Gene back up to dormitory so he could rest befor foot ball practice & told him goodbye and we went to service Station & took a tire off that had bump on & at 2: Ivard & I left for Salt Lake.  We got down to Petersons at 5:45.  Kay & Claudia had just got there from Nyssa.  We went in to Petersons & cleaned up & started up to Mortiuary & ran out of gas about a mile away & Ivard had to walk & get some it was after 7: time we got there.  There was a mob came & it was 10:30 before we even got to talk to Irv. and Ruth.  Its wonderful to have so many friends.  after we went up to Stellas & left our car & her & her new husband took us out for hamberger then we stayed there all nite.
